The whole title: "The Predatory Wasp of the Palisades is Out to Get Us"

Oh, I am not quite sleeping

I see a wasp with her wings outstretched

I love this song by Sufjan Stevens, and it really means a lot to me. So I made this from the inspiration from that song. It's really great and I think everyone should give it a listen. It's beautiful. XD

I used a couple references for the guy (I had so much trouble with that freaking pose xD;;; ) and the wasp, but it's all done by tablet and none of it is photo-manipulated or anything like that. Lol, this is for one of my school projects that I need to have done by tomorrow. ><;

Yes it's symbolic so that's why the girl's got crazy hair and the boy has blueness and the wasp is in the spot it's in. And the background is significant too. I'm not gonna say why cause it's very personal so I'll just let everyone contemplate it. xD

This actually went by really quickly. Like, 12-15 hours, which for me is pretty decent. XD The colors of the skin gave me a ton of grief, it took me forever to get a shade that didn't look plastic. I need to definitely practice doing people more because I can still see the flaws in the facial proportions and whatnot, but I don't think this came out too poorly.

I don't know why I always make lips crazy. His used to be really big LOL.

Also the wasp kind of got weird I guess when I merged the layers, so he looks kinda fake. D:....Oh well.

Sooo yeah.
